Olivia’s real name was Josephine Silvia Bohar. She had a gorgeous face and body, and was an actress from 1984-1989. Among her bold movies were Babasagin (1985), Bold Star (1986) and Dingding lang ang pagitan (1986). She stopped acting when she got pregnant. Eventually she left her partner and raised her children alone, working nights in a club and to turning to prostitution for money. She went to Korea as a dancer for better income. In Korea she evolved into a skilled singer. When Olivia arrived in the Philippines, she worked as a singer in various bars. Though faced with many hardships, including her partner’s heart problems, she found happiness. Her story was dramatized by GMA Network in 2024. The show concluded includes an interview with Olivia.
